Yes I have worked in hospitality. No I have never witnessed wait times after being given the option of what time we would like it delivered. 2 kids waiting an hour and a half for dinner.. 2 weekends in a row. Even after ordering it an hour and a half early? The manager is an arrogant man without reason. You own a pizza shop mate. Nothing more. Nothing less. Service is key. And you don't even come close.

Very poor service. Forgot ingredients on pizza when phoned up very rude. Normally they will offer a free pizza for the inconvenience caused asked if i was kidding. Will never go back. AVOID AVOID AVOID
